Term of Payment

1. All orders are accepted through Fax or e-mail only.

2. Upon confirmation of order by Fax or e-mail, we will issued you a
Proforma Invoice.

3. All payment must be made in advances, upon received of fund, plants
will be ship to you within 14 days.

4. Minimum order is USD200-00, excluding shipping, handling charges and documentation fees. Kindly refer to the table below for the above charges :-

Documentation Fees

- CITES (Convention of International Trade of Endangered Species).
- Phytosanitary Certificates.

Both are at USD20.00 for every 4 items ordered, regardless of quantity ordered per shipment.

5. All payment are accepted through Bank Draft or TelegraficTransfer (TT) to our Banker as shown below :-

Packing & Shipment

1. All plants will be packed/ shipped bare root, unless otherwise instructed.

2. We will assure top quality of packing in our shipment and all plants will be arrive in excellent growing condition at your counter part.

3. All shipment will be sent by EMS (Express Mail Service) through Airfreight only unless otherwise instructed.

4. All price/shipment are FOB Penang, Malaysia.

5. We will assure our shipment will reaches its destination within the usual time frame to any part of the World. As EMS service is available around the World.

6. Whatever if the carrier fails to make timely delivery, damage or mishandles in our packing carton box, please report to the carrier company immediately and file your claim. Kindly request an immediate inspection. Upon this , please advise us your action to enable us to support your recovery actions.

7. Each shipment will be accompanied by CITES Certificate and Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the authority Department of Agriculture of Malaysia.

Foreign Shipment

1. If plants are shipped via Air Cargo. Kindly provide us the specific shipping instructions, such as Airport destination, shipping contact information, copies of your import permit and other applicable instruction where applicable.

2. Most countries have their specific import regulations on plants. Kindly check with your local Agricultural Authorities for the specific instruction and advise us accordingly.

3. If plants are shipped via Air Cargo, it is advise at your safest means of transport all plants will be insured for full invoice value unless otherwise instructed. Shipment that without insurance will be at buyer own risk.
